One peoblem with my site is that the titlebar doesn't connect to the table in older browsers. I might fix this with my computers page though

one thing that i still dont understand though is on netscape, some pages just dont appear. like its fully loaded but its just blank. still dont really understand why

i still go test a lot of my pages in a win95 vm tho

There is no way to take care of it!!! No way for it to be consistent unless you put custom width and height everywhere which i can't in my case

padding in tables and random places is just the worst though

and yea, thats why i like being on here. everyone cares so much about putting ssl everywhere it doesnt belong. pretty much only place you can get non-ssl is on your own hosting

in 2017 i tried loading my site in pathworks mosaic and it kind of worked, only the text tho, that was it, but at least it got something

Cool thing about penalty.aftersleep.org is that it DOES actually load in ie 5.5 (not https or something)

oldest still is netscape 4 that it works basically perfectly in (except it has like 2% CSS support so some things are kind of weird like some fonts are annoyingly small)

It rendered pretty good on firezilla (is that how is it called) and that is firefox 2 basically

It worked in ie 5.5 but padding was way off in the tables and ul arrows
