    Not to mention they kept some option menus like the properties menu (the one thaz you would usually get by right clicking on the desktop) from windows 95 that can be opened in certain circumstances

    Altough it's from 2008 it also has a linux version which is interesting.

    the windows version might be a lil hard to find though, try looking it up on youtube. There is one video in which i found a windows version.

    Two problems though, if you scale images they are automatically filtered

    Kolourpaint is like mspaint basically but you can use transparency with the bucket tool AND IT IS SO EASY.

    yea ive spent a lot of time doing that. in the past of the site ive used a lot of ms paint-paint.net-macos paintbrush- onlinepngtools.com, paint shop pro 5 for some GIF stuff, painttool sai, and photoshop a bit which i am terrible at
