i mostly browse the web on my laptop, and some neocities sites seriously bring my laptop to its knees

when the website has so many effects it makes my computers fans ramp up

yeah and all of them have the same effects, like mostly revolving around the mouse pointer

well, yea so many neocities sites are horribly made just cause its like "aesthetic looking" or whatever people say. ive even run across sites that don't fit in my laptop screen.a 1440 x 900 screen!!!!!

Like some of them are UNUSABLE on a phone. There was one site that forced itself in a small table in the middle and it refused to zoom out
