The website will be kept in sync with my youtube channel so if someone doesn't want to use youtube, they can only use the website but the website will also have extra content and have better commentary in general.

The thing about all this is, if i made a website without any advertizements it would have never grown. If i only had this site, i still couldn't link to it with my channel so that presents the same problem.

I will put a link to my actual actual website on both ends though. So to make it less confusing, a youtube channel, this aftersleep page (links to my youtube channel and actual website, not linked anywhere else), and my actual github/neocities website (linked everywhere)

people have commented like "hey dvd3000 you should come back to youtube" and im like "i am at youtube i just dont upload every second"

yea, since i have a website i barely upload on youtube at all. i keep a very consistent 3vids/year tho

Well i might put up my youtube channel later on the aftersleep website (after i fix up the channel of course, since i'll have to private some videos, clean up some thumbnails and start uploading videos again so i hit a balance) but i won't put a link to the aftersleep page on the channel itself.

also was trying to do slightly more work on the main website again so its not so broken. was writing some new pages and finishing up others and adding in images for all of em or at least trying to, so hopefully the site will be working at least by uhhh the end of summer idk

in 2016 i sorta redid my site and turned it into an addition to my youtube channel back then. i used "actual drawing" (wysiwyg editor) to make it for some reason but it was kinda cool or something, the old posts on the ""blog"" were originally from the homepage of that site version. i should probably put up my old site archives but only reason i dont is cause just the archives folder takes up like 18gb

that would have given me nightmares for like 4 months when i was little

so yeah i probably won't be using it for a long time but that doesn't matter

ok so yesterday i shut off my pc (i kept it on for an hour because i had to unexpectedly go and i didn't come back for a long time) and so i shut it down and once the screen went black the fans ramped up to their maximum speed and it stayed like that for 5 seconds and i nearly shit myself (no shitting actually happened)

i mean i will still create the website i just won't provide regular updates with articles each month and stuff. I'd go more in-depth but that would imply i'd need to write an essay for the ompteenth time

okay so i have been kinda contemplating wheter i should put my main focus on the site on aftersleep and you know i've decided that i'd much rather just fix up my youtube channel and create a website to go with it (on either github or neocities)
