Oh i thought you said that you could change the color of the 1-bit bitmap with photoshop itself while you actually said that you turned it into a monochrome bitmap

working with gifs was the only reason i installed paintshop pro 5 from like 1998 on my main pc

i literally only have paint.net installed to make transparent gifs. Mspaint doesn't support transparency and SLATHERS gifs when you save them for no reason, and kolourpaint doesn't support gifs and it is kinda cumbersome to import images so i have to use paint.net to make/export transparent gifs

i still like it so ill probably reuse it on something else

the hdd in the middle with the cover removed was originally in my 486 with windows 98 but it was so bad that the hdd killed itself and corrupted all the files slowly for weeks until windows couldnt start anymore

just turn it monochrome, use kugee's guide to add color to a 1-bit image and there you go lmao

i have a lot of cool old hdds, and yes i took my computers apart just for that picture (it was cool!!!)

i just have to reduce colors and change to blue and there u go, win95 setup background
