i added a toolbar on the taskbar to the program files folder and i opened programs from there

shortcuts, yes shortcut files opened in "photo viewer" i had no idea how to fix it

at least i can open it up in image viewer, press F11 and imagine that the explorer has crashed. and seamonkey has crashed. And the personalization window has crashed. And it is also taking a while for the explorer to restart.
